Frequently Asked Questions

We are a multi-vendor mall located in a 13,500 square foot space located in a "vintage" shopping center. Our aisles are wide and kept clear, but some booth spaces may not be manageable with a wheelchair or walker. There is a wheelchair ramp leading up to our sidewalk. Some of our concrete floors in the back are a bit uneven, so please be careful! It is climate controlled and well lit. We are a non-smoking/vaping building.  We do provide public restrooms in the back of the mall. There are snacks and beverages available for purchase by the front counter. Coffee is free! We always have our local high school radio station playing overhead. We strive for a relaxing, friendly environment for your shopping enjoyment! 

Unfortunately, no, we do not allow animals in our antique mall, including emotional support animals. TRAINED service animals are absolutely welcomed. Please understand that we have delicate and valuable items in our mall that belong to different vendors, and we strive to keep their items as safe as possible and cannot risk our furry friends having accidents, even if they are in strollers or carriers. You are welcome to tie them up out front in our entrance and we will provide them with some bottled water if needed while you shop. 

We take cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards.  We also use Venmo, PayPal, and CashApp. ApplePay is available. 

*We take business checks but will require a copy of the shopper's driver's license.

*There is a $15 charge for all returned checks. 

YES we do! ALL posted prices INCLUDE a cash discount of 3.5%. Skip the plastic and save! All other forms of payments are considered cash. 

You bet! We can hold an item for 1 business day without payment. 

Yes we do! Layaways are 25% down and must be paid in full by the end of 30 days.  Each layaway item must be priced at least $100.00 to qualify for layaway. If layaways are not paid in full by the end of 30 days, items are returned to vendors. Once an item is paid for in full, our pickup policy applies. 

Of course! Once an item is paid for in full, you have 5 days to pick it up. If you have a special circumstance, we can agree on a future date for pick up. Items left past 5 days or 5 days after after agreed upon pickup date will be subject to $5/day storage fee up to a max of $25. Items not picked up after 5 days in storage will be returned to vendor and sale will be forfeited. 

The short answer is MAYBE. If we have someone there by chance who is capable, we're happy to help, but we cannot guarantee that will happen. The BEST option is to bring help to load. If you absolutely need help loading, please see our staff about scheduling a pickup time. Scheduled pickup appointments are $10/hr. 

Absolutely! See something on our Facebook or Instagram? On our website? Visiting us while traveling and can't get it on the plane? We're happy to ship it to you. Buyer pays shipping. We use the USPS and UPS, insurance included. Furniture shipment arranged with uShip. 

We do not deliver, but we can put you in touch with local resources. 

Yes we do! We are selective based on what we know sells. Items must be antique or vintage. Please text or call Heather for inquiries.  *Please note…in order for us to purchase your items, we do require a PICTURE ID. We do make site visits for larger estates. 

We do not accept returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out and we will try our best to make sure you are a satisfied customer! 

Yes we do! We are only able to take items in store when space allows. Find our Consignment Agreement here.
