We offer shipping via PirateShip, which utilizes UPS and the USPS. Buyer pays shipping and insurance. Furniture shipment to be arranged with uShip.
DAMAGED GOODS: Although we take great care in packing items, sometimes things do arrive damaged due to circumstances out of everyone's control. We always include insurance coverage. If an item arrives damaged, please let us know right away. We will require pictures of the damaged items as well as pictures of the packing and box. We will issue a refund in the same manner in which the item was paid for, and we will file the claim with the carrier. NO CLAIMS WILL BE MADE AFTER 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE.
