Shipping Policy

We offer a Flat Rate Shipping of $9.99 per order in the US (lower 48 contiguous states). We ship via USPS or UPS and always include insurance. Due to the nature of our merchandise, there may be a rare instance where we will need to add a shipping surcharge due to the size or weight of the item or your shipping zip code. If this happens, we will notify you prior to processing your order. We will also combine shipping to save you money if possible. We strive to ship within 3 business days. During the holidays, there could be delays. If you are local, there is an option to choose local pick up during check out in lieu of shipping.  

DAMAGED GOODS: Although we take great care in packing items, sometimes things do arrive damaged due to circumstances out of everyone's control. We always include insurance coverage. If an item arrives damaged, please let us know right away. We will require pictures of the damaged items as well as pictures of the packing and box. We will issue a refund in the same manner in which the item was paid for and we will file the claim with the carrier. NO CLAIMS WILL BE MADE AFTER 5 DAYS.
